Share the Arrows 2026 Mother’s Day Giveaway Official Rules

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. U.S. LAW GOVERNS. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Blaze Media LLC (“Sponsor”) is pleased to introduce the Share the Arrows 2026 Mother’s Day Giveaway (“Giveaway”). As a condition of participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects, and, to the fullest extent provided by law, waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway, these Official Rules, Giveaway materials, and information available at https://sharethearrows.com/giveaway (“Giveaway Website”), a landing page created to facilitate entries into the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Winning and receiving a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

1. Social Networking Site Disclaimers

As a condition of participating in the Giveaway, you agree and acknowledge that social networking sites used to promote the Giveaway (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram) as well as their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated entities (collectively, the “Social Media Group”) are not sponsors of the Giveaway, do not endorse or administer the Giveaway, and are not in any way associated with the Giveaway. All questions regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Group. You also agree that as a condition of participating in the Giveaway, you shall release the Social Media Group from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to citizens and permanent legal residents of the United States of America and any other jurisdiction in which the Giveaway is legal that are physically located and residing therein who (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; (ii) are not barred from participation in the Giveaway under the laws of the jurisdiction of their residence including but not limited to all federal, state, and local laws; and (iii) at all times abide by these Official Rules. THE GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

Officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives, and agents of Sponsor and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, prize providers, fulfillment agencies, and any other companies associated with the design or execution of the Giveaway, including Immediate Family Members and Household Members for each of the aforementioned are not eligible to participate in or win the Giveaway. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean spouse, parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings or step-siblings and each of their spouses regardless of where they reside. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 4, 2026, at 5:00:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on May 10, 2026, at 11:59:59 pm PT (“Giveaway Period”). PT shall control for all purposes of the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway using one of the methods below. All entries are subject to the Additional Eligibility Requirements in Section 5.

A) Automatic Entry with Ticket Purchase (Including Prior Purchases)
Individuals who purchase one (1) or more tickets to attend Share the Arrows 2026 between the public on-sale date and May 10, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT will receive one (1) entry per ticket purchased. Individuals who purchased tickets prior to the end of the Giveaway Period (but on or after the public on-sale date) will be automatically entered.

B) Entry via Newsletter Signup
During the Giveaway Period, individuals may enter by signing up for the Relatable newsletter. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method.

5. Entry Conditions

Entrants must complete the official entry form at the Giveaway Website and provide all required information, including a valid Instagram handle, during the Giveaway Period. At the time of the drawing, entrants must be following @alliebstuckey, @relatablewithabs, and @sharethearrows on Instagram to be eligible to win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize.

6. Entry Limitations

Each person may submit one (1) entry to the Giveaway. Sponsor will only accept a person’s first entry to the Giveaway. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to enter the Giveaway, including by using the same, multiple or false contact or account information, or otherwise, may result in the entrant being disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro-programmed, robotic or any other automated means are void and may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, incorrect, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or are otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules are also void and may be disqualified from the Giveaway at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be included in the Giveaway. Screen shots, printouts or other purported “proof” or “evidence” of entry or winning, in lieu of Sponsor’s validation process, shall not be binding. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of these Official Rules. For purposes of this Giveaway, an entry submitted to the Giveaway Website is considered “received” when it is registered as such by Sponsor’s systems.

In the event of any dispute as to the identity of any entrant, Sponsor may require proof of identity and residency such as a driver’s license, passport, and/or utility bills, and proof of eligibility. Sponsor’s determination of eligibility will be final.

7. Drawing and Prize

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, a prize will be available to eligible entrants participating in the Giveaway. The drawing will consist of all eligible entries received via the Giveaway Website during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all such eligible entries to win the prize package. Sponsor will also randomly select up to ten (10) alternates as replacement prize winners in the event the first winner is disqualified or forfeits or otherwise waives their right to receive the prize package.

The total ARV of the prize package that could be awarded in the Giveaway is $2,100. The prize package will be awarded only if the prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor and any depiction of the prize, in Giveaway materials or otherwise, is for illustrative purposes only. The prize package is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, may not be redeemed for a cash alternative, and must be accepted by the winner as awarded.

All federal, state, and local taxes, and all costs and expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the appropriate authorities.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will attempt to notify a winner within seven (7) days after the drawing date using the email address submitted with their entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor’s initial notification, the winner may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

A winner must provide Sponsor with the information required to verify the winner’s eligibility to participate in this Giveaway and file any necessary tax reporting forms. Except where prohibited by law, a winner also may be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within five (5) business days from the date when Sponsor’s initial notification was sent, a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (“Declaration”) via email in order to claim their prize.

ALL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS AS TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, ANY CHANGES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND THE SELECTION OF WINNERS IS FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY.

9. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning the prize package in the drawing depend on the number of entries received.

10. Rights of Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this Giveaway or accepting a prize, entrants grant Sponsor and its designees the right to use and/or publish the entrant’s full name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information, and/or statements made by the entrant regarding the Giveaway or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.

11. General Conditions

Winning a prize is contingent upon accepting these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right without liability to disqualify any entrant or cancel, suspend, modify, and/or terminate the Giveaway, or any part of it, for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient entries in the Giveaway, postponement or cancellation of a particular event, any printing, seeding, typographical, technical errors, human or otherwise, suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, the entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Social Media Group, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability of any kind resulting or arising from the Giveaway (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to their entry, participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.

13. Privacy

All entry information becomes the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor. Entrant agrees to Sponsor’s collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://www.theblaze.com/privacy.

14. Disputes

By participating, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and claims arising out of or in connection with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or joint action. Entrant further agrees that if the dispute or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall then be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc., in accordance with its streamlined arbitration rules and procedures. All proceedings brought pursuant to this paragraph will be conducted in Dallas, Texas. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT ENTRANT MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE.

15. Extended Meanings; Currency; Force Majeure

Unless otherwise specified in these Official Rules, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing gender include all genders. All dollar amounts referred to in these Official Rules are in lawful money of the United States of America. The Released Parties are not responsible for any damages caused by delay or failure to perform undertakings pursuant to these Official Rules when the delay or failure is due to weather, event cancellations, fires, strikes, floods, acts of God or the state’s enemies, lawful acts of public authorities, epidemics/pandemics, delays or defaults caused by common carriers, or other events that cannot reasonably be foreseen or provided against.

16. Official Rules and Winner’s List

These Official Rules are available at https://sharethearrows.com/giveaway. The Giveaway Winner’s List will be available upon request by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Blaze Media LLC, 6301 Riverside Dr., Building One, Irving, TX 75039 Attn: Share the Arrows 2026 Mother’s Day Giveaway Winner’s List. The Winner’s List will be available for at least three (3) months after the end of the Giveaway.
