Petty tyrants in local, state, and the federal government are using the pandemic to silence free speech, infringe on civil liberties, economic freedom, and even our Second Amendment rights.

I believe we only have one path left to STOP the government from completely shredding our Constitution to pieces and to save our Republic… I have officially filed a lawsuit to fight back that could reverse these lockdowns and start rolling back the State.

Let me tell you the full story:

My name is Cliff Maloney, I serve as the President of Young Americans for Liberty (YAL).

Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) is the most active and effective youth organization advancing liberty on campus and in American electoral politics. Our four-step mission is to identify, educate, train, and mobilize youth activists to Make Liberty Win.

Recently, the City of Dallas SHUT DOWN our 1,400+ student training event ahead of the general election. Our event, Mobilize 2020, was our biggest student training event in our history, to mobilize conservative and libertarian students to knock doors and elect liberty candidates in 2020.

YAL abided by all health and safety protocols that the City requested, but they shut us down at the 11th hour anyway.

This cancelation cost YAL $160,000 and was a complete violation of our right to free speech… Meanwhile, they allowed unmasked protestors to wreak havoc in the streets.

Something doesn’t quite add up about that.

Here is how this works:

YAL sues the City of Dallas for violating our right to peaceably assemble, and for financial damages.
The courts come down on the side of the First Amendment and create a precedent that these lockdowns CANNOT be used by local, state, or the federal government to violate our rights.
Governments at every level across the country are forced to fold on their draconian lockdowns or face legal challenges with the precedent YAL created.
